Great little motel close to Pikes Peak and the Manitou Cog Railway. Rooms are very clean and reasonably priced. Close to downtown area and many restaurants. Continental breakfast was all we needed. Nice place to stay with a pool on site.

This is a nice, clean, comfortable, quiet motel close to downtown Manitou Springs and the Garden of the Gods. The expanded continental breakfast was good. We would stay her again if we were in the Colorado Springs area again.
