Were back at the rio grand motel. Always a great place. Today we go on a tour to see how potatos are grow. Very educational for the family. The owners very nice like always. The rooms are getting a face lift.just great service. Will be back to this friendly and affordable motel

We had a 4 day stay at the Rio Grande Motel. The customer service was absolutly wonderful. the couple that ran the motel were very kind and helpful. We loved this place. Lots to do and the theme is great for all anglers and hunters at heart. clean rooms and friendly service.

My fiance and I got a laugh out of the room, it was everything Fish. A little unnerving with all the fish staring at you, but it was a place to stay at the very least. I heard that every room has a different theme, so it is worth the chuckle at the very least. Very friendly staff.

Don't waste your time here unless you like bedding with zero support.. This is one of those motels that are in the business of taking your money, yet never updating anything. Room Rates at the Rio Grande Motel are less than the competitors; once you agree on the price... is set! For 2.5 years; the Rio Grande Motel, made our stay, a very pleasant one. End of the day looking for motels, stopped in Monte Vista. Picked this motel. Price was a little more than what we had been paying ($90 vs $68) but did not have much choice. Staff was friendly, free wifi, rooms were clean, included a fridge. Fireworks in town since it was the 3rd of July. Found a nice liquor store... More
