Very clean and friendly. The only problem is that we could hear everything in the next room: speaking, snoring and time spent at the toilet, including the flush. A little insulation in the wall could solve a lot.

We hated to leave this beautiful place. Mitch couldn't have been any nicer and helpful. The atmosphere and views are fantastic. Everything was great and we had a wonderful time. It's a great place to relax. We really enjoyed the Crystal River which runs right behind the rooms. We can't say enough about our stay.

Had that old "musty" smell, but great if you don't mind the smell. Room was clean & comfortable. The valley is beautiful & the village is, too. If you like to hear running water, ask for a room that faces the road & backs up to the river. You can also get a room with a kitchen area.
Don't expect...

We stayed with Mitch and Kathy at the Redstone Cliffs Lodge in October 2009 after spending the entire summer in Redstone at the campground. They were wonderful hosts. We styed in room 5 with our dog Maxze. We had dinner with them one night and had the best enchaldas I have ever eaten. Vincente and Emilio were also extraordinary hosts....

Mitch runs this motel with the warmth, friendliness and personal attention you might expect from an upscale B&B. Nothing is too much trouble, and he just has that knack of making you feel at home.
The room wasn't large, but the hand-made quilts and "log cabin" furniture made it feel welcoming. The hot-tub, overlooking the Crystal River, is an ideal...

Redstone is beautiful! A tucked away, one road mountain village with the friendliest inhabitants! Mitch and Kathy, proprietors of the Redstone Cliffs Lodge, could not have been more gracious as our hosts!
Driving in one may think: "just another motel". However, it is very clean, pet friendly, smoke free (I'm a smoker and that's ok!), off Hwy 133 so it...

We stayed 4 nights in Redstone the first part of August and fell in love with it. The Redstone Cliffs Lodge is our first choice because of the interior decor and the "back yard" along the river where one can sit and enjoy or bar-be-que or soak in the hot tub. Westayed with our 3 dogs in Ste. 2 and...

Great stay, great price! Right on the Crystal River & right in the heart of town. Very dog friendly! We stayed in suite #2, which was perfect. It has 2 rooms. One for the full kitchen, tv & couch. Another for the bedroom. The room was cozy, cute & clean. Our room had a back door that went right out...

My 10 year old son and I stayed at the Redstone Cliffs Lodge last summer, and we can't wait to get back. The staff at the lodge were friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was clean and came with a small kitchen, entertainment center, and a futon bed as an extra sleeping area. We really enjoyed horseback riding...

We have been here a couple of times, and enjoyed our stay each time. Redstone is a beautiful little town, and the Redstone Cliffs is located right on the river. There is nothing better than a relaxing evening sitting on the chairs next to the river, watching the hummingbirds and sunset. They also have a hot tub that overlooks the...
