Was given room #1 with 2 double beds. Was told the room and bathroom were newly renovated. The main room was clean and nice enough with a large fridge, tv and microwave. The room however did not have in-room coffee, no ice, no clock, nothing extra - and was located next to Main Street. I was told with the A/C...

Bathrooms were newly renovated in our two rooms. Great custom remodeling on the oversized showers and sinks! The Deck in front of room #1 overlooking the street, was a great area for the family to sit and enjoy the cool Colorado night. Jim Clark and his wife were very friendly and made us all feel right at home. Trails end...

We arrived late afternoon and were able to get rooms 1 and 2 and loved our stay here. Room 1 has 2 big beds and a nice new balcony that faces the street so we could sit out in the evening and watch the local scene. Room 2 has a nice queen bed and the room is really comfortable. There...

Great place. Comfortably rustic. Very clean. Had everything we needed. I would stay there again. I would suggest following up on your reservation. Our reservation was almost cancelled because of a strange phone call from someone with the same last name, but my room was still waiting for me.

My husband, my daughter, her new baby and I had reservations over a month in advance for my other daughter's wedding in Trinidad. When we called back a week before the date of our stay we were told by the owner Renee she was cancelling our reservations because of our last name. Apparently they had a bad experience with a...

I was very pleased with the super nice people that work at the desk and the housekeeper. We were on our way back to Texas after leaving Fort Garland, CO. We were coming in late and I had called around the Trinidad area for the cheapest price for a motel. Trails inn was by far cheaper than all the others....

On our way to Durango we needed a place to spend one night . We read the reviews on the Trails End and decided to give it a try . It was every bit the four point rating. We paid $54. 95 and the place was CLEAN, and very comfy. We were in room 14 in the corner. We had...

Classic American run MOTEL; no slamming doors in the hallway, no pounding feet overhead, etc. Small rooms with limited amenities but very clean and put together with an eye for color coordination rather than cheap. Bonus; short trip through old town where the buildings are refurbished and being used. Great for overnight stop, quick trip into Safeway for Starbucks on...

Don't let the outside fool you, this hotel is clean and sleeps great! My family needed a quick sleep on our way home from spring break. We paid $49 +tax (cash) no credit card required. The room was very clean and bed very comfortable. I did not see an ice machine, breakfast or swimming pool. For $50 you get clean,...
