We were given a room next to the elevator which started binging at 5:27 in the morning and never stopped. Front desk personnel were unconcerned and not at all helpful. Could not have cared less. This was not my first trip to Vail, but was my first stay at the Austria Haus. I stayed with a large group. Everything went so smooth. The staff is excellent-always friendly and willing to assist you. Great breakfast and happy hour. Excellent location. It really has it all. I will be staying there again next year! More
