Initially I was given a 1 bedroom hotel room which would have been tight for 2 people and all of our luggage. When my wife arrived a day later we moved into a 2 bedroom unit which was a wholly different experience (2 bedrooms, kitchen, big living/dining room, etc.) Sebastian's interior decor is easily described as rustic contemporary, and very... My husband and I stayed at The Sebastian for one night getaway without kids, and we are glad we chose this hotel! From the moment we drove up to the hotel the morning of our stay, we had great service. The valet explained that we could leave our car and our bags with him, and take the hotel shuttle over... More

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are quite nice. However, what sets this hotel apart is the great location and amazing service. We've been to a number of the nicer hotels in the Vail area, including the Ritz Bachelor Gulch and Cordillera. All are great and should be at the price. This trip was a little different because we... Greetings to all travelers! First of all if you haven't been to Vail, Colorado you must go!! It is the most beautiful place in the world. Even though the ski season was over the area was still breath taking. I stayed in the Sebastian Boutique Hotel. As you enter the hotel you will be greeted with a warm smile from... More

My first time in Vail and decided against taking my friends' advice to stay at the Arrabelle or Four Seasons. I can't anything particularly horrible about the Sebastien but I can't say that I would stay there again either. On the positive side -- the concierge service was quite responsive and professional before our arrival for our week-long stay. They... More

We spent the first week of our Honeymoon at the Sebastian Vail. On arriival the hotel was very impressive and the staff were great. Very efficient at check in and getting the bags to the room. As it was our Honeymoon, they had also left a bottle of Prosecco in the room for us which was a very nice touch.... More

We have just returned from a near two weeks stay the Sebastian Vail. All the staff and management we met were very welcoming, warm and responsive to requests. We found it a very friendly, luxury hotel, with an outstanding concierge service. The virtually slope side ski valet service is probably the best we have experienced. Your skis are stored overnight... More

We were greeted at our car by Spencer (who is the creme dela creme of hotel staff). Spencer explained that I could leave my ski gear with him and he would my gear to the hotel's Base Camp (located at the base of the ski slope) were I could pick up my ski gear when I was ready to ski... More

First timers to Vail and have to say it was a lot of fun. The Sebastian hotel has customer service on another level. From the reservations desk to the valet guys and then the front desk and concierge service all do an excellent job at making your stay a great one. The hotel is beautiful and has everything you need... More
