The title pretty much says it all. There seems to be a lot of variability in LQ's these days (we stay often in various locations) and this one had faint new carpet smell still in our room, quiet but still close to I-25, clean lobby/breakfast area and friendly staff. This hotel has been recently renovated, new flat screen tv sets, new sheets, new carpet. I've stayed at this hotel many times and will continue to stay there. It is convenient and a great buy for the money. The staff is excellent. My one complaint is that the city made them get rid of the waffle maker. More
