Wow I love looking at air conditioning units on the roof top out the fifth story window. Great view... not! If you are gonna do construction in a hallway at least shut down the hallway so guests don't have to walk through a bunch of junk in the halls. Room was clean.

Hotel has great location near freeways and downtown Hartford. Clean and comfortable. Internet connection was poor. Under renovation with no food service, or other common areas. Had a great rate that compensated for inconvenience.
