We absolutely loved our room and the amenities. We also like the fact that they will allow dogs to stay there because we often travel with our dogs. Our only concern was the mattress which was hard and had peaks and valleys.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was really clean and the hotel staff was very friendly. Everything we wanted to do was very close by. We plan on staying here again on our next trip to Mystic!

Standard Hampton and still in good shape. Helpful front desk staff. Good breakfast, clean and quiet room. Fitness center machines still in good shape and breakfast area clean and spacious. Everything I need and easy on and off to I-95. It's a keeper!

Enjoyed this hotel very much and the location is great. Mistic Village is just down the street---and Friendly's is even closer-----our 3 grandchildren love eating there because they can choose a 3 or 4 course meal. Their food is great. Kids loved the pool. The breakfasts were really good. The hotel staff do a great job, are friendly and accommodating.

The auto part of the fan wouldn't work, so had to stay cold or hot all night. Only super soft pillows, I need firm, not even offered. Have stayed here twice, eight months apart--really nice place and staff went out of their way to help me with a customs faxing brouhaha. Excellent breakfast with wide range of options. Heartily recommend.
