This is a lovely guest house with remarkably spacious and well appointed rooms. Ideally located to the nearby university and the lovely Summerstrand beach front. 80 on Brighton have self-catering rooms and also cater for breakfast. The rooms are lovely, the one we viewed had a small lounge and kitchenette. In addition to this, there was a lovely private patio.

The rooms, facilities and service were all lovely. We felt completely at home. The breakfast was delicious and we could even request a special bowl of porridge for my son. The staff went out of their way to make our stay a memorable and restful one. I would definitely stay at 80onbrighton again and have no problem recommending it.

We stayed at 80 on Brighton during our honeymoon and had an amazing time! Our room (The Lily Room) was beautiful with a gorgeous big bathroom, rose petals on our bed and champagne on arrival!
