Very satisfied. Convenient location to our place of travel. No problems to report. Got the moneys worth. More

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, clean and pleasant. We come through for business several times a year and are always happy to dine at City Limits (maybe pricey but fresh and delicious food IMO). Never have had a single issue staying here. More

The hotel was standard for a La Quinta, the rooms were clean, the beds were cozy, the hotel was comfy. Breakfast was standard continental, but the breakfast closes a little early for the midnight traveler. La Quinta is a great location and price for the service provided, though! After a long overnight trip and an exhausting 2 hour stop off... More

The hotel as a whole was clean enough, but people smoke outside of every entrance and the whole first floor reeks like cigarettes. Front desk staff was never there. The room itself was alright, but the hardwood floor in the bathroom was strange and a microwave and fridge were only available after we requested them twice. Maid service was good.... More

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city. There is a diner attached, but it was nothing special and pricey in my opinion. To get dinner anywhere else, you have to go into the city. The hotel itself is dated and in much need of some renovations. I thought it was weird that the floor in the hallway... More

I agree with some of the other reviewers; front desk associate is rarely there, no warmth, no politelness, hoodie sweatshirt outfit. All floors have a smell of stale daipers and disinfectant; even our teenagers noticed it. Room was dirtyish, sink was cracked, shower curtain was a little slimey. The price was right and proximity to NYC worked for us. The... More

Laziest front desk I have ever had the discomfort of dealing with. They just didn't care. In addition, I get it, CT is a chilly state but really - hoodies at the front desk? Some sort of uniform maybe? Room was old and tired, toilet wobbly, sink base caulked so many times it was nasty. I seldom give a poor... More

The price was right but It's not in a very good part of town. We were staying with another family with children. They loved the well-maintained indoor swimming pool and the well stocked continental breakfast. Flat screen TV. The housekeeping in our room was not acceptable. Big stain on the couch. Stains on the coffee table. Just not clean. We... More

Stuck here for two long nights after freak halloween snowstorm took out our heat and electric...only place with rooms and that quickly becomes obvious. Austere is being kind...minimalist is another...Spartan even. No bells...and no hot water! Smelled like chlorox. Free breakfast in a windowlesss interior room was depressing. The third nite we opted to go home and build a fire.... More

The staff is quite friendly and helpful. That makes up a lot for the rest. BUT... there is 2 flight of stairs you have to pass w/your luggage before reahcing the elevator -why can't they have a ramp? And the elevator, oh boy, sometimes you're not sure if the thing will make it or not, or if you'll end up... More
