Comfortable beds, friendly staff, clean and pleasant. We come through for business several times a year and are always happy to dine at City Limits (maybe pricey but fresh and delicious food IMO). Never have had a single issue staying here. More

The hotel as a whole was clean enough, but people smoke outside of every entrance and the whole first floor reeks like cigarettes. Front desk staff was never there. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city. There is a diner attached, but it was nothing special and pricey in my opinion. To get dinner anywhere else, you have to go into the city. I agree with some of the other reviewers; front desk associate is rarely there, no warmth, no politelness, hoodie sweatshirt outfit. Stuck here for two long nights after freak halloween snowstorm took out our heat and electric...only place with rooms and that quickly becomes obvious.
