Stayed here three times in March 2012. Front Desk and Bar staff very good, food the same. Housekeeping is the loudest I ever had. This hotel is located less than two miles from Hartford's Bradley International Airport. They run an airport shuttle. Stayed weekend of 2/10-12. Very clean, very quiet. Obviously a weekday hotel for business people and flight crews from Bradley. Front desk staff was very nice; provided us a chocolate cookie each night upon request. We did not eat in the restaurant except for breakfast. Found service staff very nice. I have stayed here many times over the last year. The staff is nice, rooms are above average. The pitfall is horrible service in the restaurant. Every visit is the same. The location is close to airport, so nowhere else to walk for dinner. Would be an above average hotel if restaurant staff were better. More
