We're always pleased to find clean, pet friendly motels. The Sea Esta group seems to fit the bill. In the off-season they have very little (or no) staff at Sea Esta III... but Syndee (a reservations manager?) was very helpful. More

We went for a three day weekend in September. The motel is old but clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Almost everyone there had dogs with them so if you are not a dog lover maybe you should consider somewhere else. More

We stayed here for one night on a whim when our usual places in Rehoboth were fully booked. If you are used to staying in hostels, this place will seem perfect (if expensive in the high season), if you are used to economy to mid-range accommodations, this motel will be adequate to your needs, you will enjoy the balcony views... They double charged us and when we asked for it to credited we were told we had to speak to the manager because the clerks couldn't do that. At 8am we requested the manager and we were told that he wouldn't be around until that afternoon. i replied by saying i needed to see him right away and they said... More

We keep coming back to SeaEsta III because it's reasonably priced and dog friendly. The rooms come with coffee maker, microwave, sink, stove, and small fridge. The carpeting should be replaced (with tile or laminate flooring, preferably - given the motel caters to pets). It's only a block to the beach and a block to the bay at Ruddertown (bars,... More

The choices of good pet-friendly hotels near Rehoboth are limited. This hotel was a good choice for being near the beach, Ruddertowne, and Rehoboth. The room was sufficient size and had a balconey. The towels were rather thin and the air conditioning was noisy and difficult to regulate. More

My friends and I went to this hotel a few weeks ago, We paid $170 a night for a room. and I can understand that the place is pet friendly, but it should be people friendly as well. There were 3 dogs in the room next to us, 2 in the room next to that and a large dog above... More

I have stayed here for the past two summers. This place is one block away from the beach which is great when you have little ones....it is not far at all. The staff were always very friendly and helpful on both trips (we stayed for a week each time). They recommended new places to see and gave directions :) Our... More

Was looking for an inexpensive room at the beach on a Sunday night in late March. Many of the hotels/motels open at this time of year are either overpriced are complete dumps. Luckily this was neither. It is next door to the Ruddertown complex and across the side street from the police station. The bed was very comfortable. The room... More
