Very comfortable, clean, friendly, small hotel. Nice continental breakfast in the mornings with delicious coffee and fresh baked cookies at night. Staff very friendly and accommodating to our group. Fantastic location, great oceanfront view, and good mattresses too. Rooms and lobby seemed to be recently updated. Would happily stay here again.
