Stayed for one night, room was clean and employees very friendly. Price was right for our one night stay, very close to stores, food, beach. Not the best decorated hotel, but we were staying for business, and this is hotel was good for the business traveler.

For the price you can't beat this place. Their rooms are very spacious, extremely clean, and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is on Coastal Hwy which makes it convenient to get to both Rehoboth and Lewes.
