Simple, clean reasonably priced for a short stay. Nice breakfast. Staff was friend and helpful -- went out of their way to return item left behind. Convenient to University of Delaware athletic facilities and I-95. Room included a small, quiet refrigerator.

Simple and to the point. Rooms were rundown. The place had an oder and unclean feel. Oh did I mention our 4 year old found drug paraphernalia in the room!!!!!!!! Glass pipe and a needle!!!! He's OK thank goodness!
