We had a great stay at the Old Wooden Bridge. This place is not fancy which is fine with us. We wanted a relaxing stay at a quiet place and that is what we got. Cabins could stand some fresh paint and new fixtures (and Matresses), but all in all this is a nice quaint old Florida style cottages. The... More

We had a lovely 2 weeks at Old Wooden Bridge. It is a quirky place but comfortable and clean. We were able to do exactly what we wanted ie. stay at a relaxing place from where we could explore The Keys. We hired kayaks for the duration and also explored the surrounding waters meeting small sharks, rays and many small... More

This place is not fancy but unit B upstairs was clean and cozy. We enjoyed the location very much---close to No Name Pub, the bridge that goes to No Name Key where there were a ton of the Key Deer, and from the deck we caught a beautiful sunrise. The place seemed freshly painted and it did not have any... More

My Wife and I stayed there in January of 2012 and we had a wonderful time. Everything worked fine including the wifi. Take a walk to no name key and you are almost sure to run into the Key deer, take a shorter walk to No name bar and you can be sure to run into a cold beer and good... More

My husband and I stayed here for two nights in #2. It was very clean, the AC worked fine. A microwave, coffee maker, fridge, dishes and silverware were provided. The bed was very squeaky and not very comfortable. You are a short walk to the NO Name Pub. Groceries are in Big Pine about a 5 minute drive. The grounds were... More

I stayed at the Old Wooden Bridge in November with a family member and, had I not been meeting friends and had another place to stay, I would never have spent the night in the room. I rented the larger of the "cabins". Upon arrival, before even opening the door, I could smell the "air freshener". It was overpowering. The... More

Room was clean and comfortable. Its great to sleep in but the A/C struggles during the day, wasnt an issue since you don't go to the keys to stay indoors during the day anyhow. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excess sea grass in the marina was foul smelling but thats just seasonal. Be warned, hot and cold water are... More

We reserved Cabins 8,9,10, and 11 for our big group of girl scouts and adults and it was just perfect. These are the 2 bedroom cottages with either a futon in the living area or a pull out couch. The cabins were homey and fit our needs completely. The bathrooms spotless with complimentary shampoo and conditioner. The girls felt like... More

My husband and I booked this place last minute because they were reasonably priced and we needed somewhere to stay while we inspected some property. The gentleman who took our reservation kindly gave us a $180/night duplex efficiency for $125/nt. Big Pine Key is one of the least developed Keys, and this place is at the bridge to No Name... More
