This hotel (ehrm... motel) isn't that bad. Sure it's worn out and dirty but what do you expect? It's around 25-30 years old. Over the time buildings like it got renovated and bigger except this little facility. They are maids, but their presence is only when someone leaves. The motel boasts nothing more than shelter for drifters. At night, there is quite a noise of all of the riff-raff that live there permanently. There is no maid-service. If you plan on staying there, bring your own bleach and disinfectant - better yet, a match and blow torch. Only fire can get rid of the unsanitary conditions. The light... More

This place is truly ghastly - Don't be fooled by it's beach access location or Boca address..People in the luxury apartments and homes nearby put their maids up here when they come down for the season!With all the land values nearby, I can't figure out why this ramshackle property exisits..Must be some slumlord holding out for the highest bidder. The Boca Motel is a 12 unit shack. There are no phone lines in the room and the condition of the place is deteriorating. Unless you like the atmosphere of being in the slums, I would not recommend it to even the homeless. More
