We stayed here spring break 2013 during an unusually cold week in Florida. The front desk staff was very friendly and accomodating. We had a great time despite the disappointing weather. Great value and just steps to the beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Clean excellent staff.

What is true: It is across the street from the beach. It has a pool. That's it. The website is VERY misleading.
