This place is great for an overnight stay. Staff are friendly, room was clean and lots of facilities (good kitchen, safe, extra bedding) and good value. It was well located for the Gulf coast beaches and less than a mile from the pier. Note that you do have to pay for parking which is $10.

Have been coming to Cocout Grove Villas for 4 years now and can only say it is paradise! The condos are clean and updated. The owners are wonderful people and very attentive to any requests we make.
