I would not recommend, anytime we asked for towels took hours and two or more phone calls. Room was not stocked and security was horrible just overall a very bad experience . The front desk was not very helpfull had our room moved three times and bad exp on pool deck but there response time was horrible.

Overpriced and dingy rooms. Only good is a Beautiful lobby and perfect location. Seriously those 2 things are the only things good about the hotel. Everything else was terrible, awful and annoying. For example: Door key battery dead. Keys not working. No seperate elevator for housekeeping so they occupy one of 1 lifts for much of the morning it seemed.... More

I stayed in room 1109, the view was great! It had a view of the ocean and the boardwalk. The resort is very nice. I did not run into any problems, everyone was nice. Ate breakfast at Magnolias, it was ok but service was great. Wish I could have gone to the spa but the did not have appointments available.
