Stayed here for business a few weeks ago. Hotel staff is great during check-in, manager's reception and breakfast. Hotel was not overly crowded during stay. The Embassy Suites in Estero is clearly a newer hotel. The rooms are modern, clean and very comfortable. It is conveniently located off I-75 which grants easy access to the area. The pool area is spacious and private situated among natural surroundings. I will happily stay here again!

Overall, the public areas on the second floor of the hotel had a "tired" appearance. I was disappointed to see large stains on the carpeting outside the elevator and all along the walkways. We had to switch hotels at the last minute for our stay in Ft. Myers. This hotel is in a great location close to the highway and shopping centers. It is clean and the pool is nice. With breakfast and happy hour included, it is a great deal!

They provided good service. Checking in and out were a "breeze". The complimentary breakfast was one of the better ones I've experienced, especially the omelet station. From the first moment at the Reception Dest until the final depature, this Hotel and its staff were outstanding. Efficient, friendly and accomodation at every turn. Probably the newest Embassy Suite Ive stayed in. Clean and nice. What you expect from the embassy suite. I wasnt excited about the service though. I wasntrecognized as a diamond member. Wasnt told about breakfast or cocktail hour. A little disappointing since most reviews show great service here. Ive had better.
