Newly renovated bathrooms, new mattresses, ice in the machine available 24 hours, new washer and dryer & pleasant staff to care for you when you need them. Pet tolerant with a fee. Stayed in a double queen size bed room for $45, for two. There was a fridge, microwave, TV (with RCA inputs), and WiFi. I guess you get the $39.99 price (on the sign) if there is one person.
