Starting with the reception who had no problem with our early arrival upgraded our reservation to a superb room with a Seaview. Nothing was too much for the Hotel staff, any little problem was resolved quickly and with a smile, even down to a hands on fix for the in room WiFi connection. A top rate experience. More

The service at this attractive hotel is unprofessional, amateur and downright confusing. Without typing all of the specifics, I will tell you that room service, the salon, the pool staff, the front desk staff and the laundry departments were terrible.
