1. entrance is very awkward if you have multiple luggage. Lobby totally unimpressive-kind of shabby. 2. Room stunk of chemicals 3. Furniture in room looked like it came from a recyle place (dump?) Totally unpleasant experience. Choice hotels ought to renovate this place fast, or close it.

I wish I had read about it first. It took forever to check in. It was old and dirty. $130 was too much for this place. The bed made more nose than a tornado. Out had to be 50 years old. The breakfast was good, but the room it was in was scary....

Absolutely horrible, dirty noisy, bug infested, poorly maintained property. Paint peeling, dead and live bugs in room. Shuttle from airport took 90 minutes. Insufficient capacity on shuttle to take us to cruiseport, so will have to take cab. I adequate breakfast seating for mediocre breakfast. Could go on and on.

The first problem encountered was the desperately understaffed front desk. ONE employee checked in, checked out guests, answered the phones (non-stop), and fielded guest questions/complaints.
