Yes, the rooms are small. They are one bedroom units, and the beds are full size, not queen size. They are very clean and cozy. Definitely fine for a couple, but cannot imagine taking kids or another couple to stay in the same room as you need to move the kitchen table and chairs to pull out the sleeper sofa.... More
