We usually stay here when we travel. The room was very clean. The girl at the front desk, Jessica, was wonderful. She helped us find a really nice Cuban restaurant that was not high priced but the food was delicious. Our room was on the first floor, as per our request.

We made reservations for the UF-FSU game several months ago. The rates were typical football season, $259 a night, I don't recall if it was 2 night minimum, probably so.

I have stayed here several times in attending seminars at UF Gainesville . It is quiet, comfortable, away from the highway (I-75) enough that it doesn't disturb you. Adjacent to the shopping areas on Archer Rd (Hwy 24) so plenty of places to eat nearby. Target and WalMart, too, for the things you may have forgotten.
