If you are looking for a place to tent camp, avoid this campground. This is actually not a campground, it is a motor home and RV park that has "converted" some space into what they label as "tent" camping. This will be our third year staying here. It's close to everything. You may pay more in the keys,but it well worth it. Especially in January's weather. Like most campgrounds,they weren't designed for the bigger Rv's with toads,but they have sites to fit most. With its age the maturity of the trees and growth Is beautiful.

This is a a friendly, well located area from which to base your Keys experience. We have been coming to KLK for many years. Just returned from a three night rental on site 75. The campground looks a bit more upscale on their website.
