The hotel was dirty, greasy. Could not even use phone! Two flights up, no elevator. Tried to get refund with 48 hr notice which is required, but they refused to give refund. Never been cleaned, it was so filthy. People were OK, until we asked for refund. Said we would get a refund with a doctor's note. Provided that, still... More

My husband and I returned home today from a 5 night stay at the Key West Inn in Key Largo. This hotel is disgustingly filthy. Carpet looks like it has never been cleaned, furniture has stains all over it grout in tile is black from flith, Ordinarily I would never have chosen this hotel. Due to a special event being held in Key Largo, hotels were booked. NEVER AGAIN!!

We stayed here because of the price. The size is great - a two story, one bedroom unit with two full baths. Stayed one night on the way to Key West, and found it to be acceptable. It was just my wife and I, and if you have bad knees, then you may wish to stay elsewhere, as the steps to the bedroom are killer! The front desk was very helpful and friendly to us.

Very nice friendly people and and a clean nice room. Townhouse with full kitchen upstairs and downstairs full baths. Great deal for the area. Walking distance to the harbor and breakfast. Would recommend to anyone. No frills but met our needs for the laid back Key Largo area.
