When I booked the room, it was supposed to accommodate 5 people, however when I arrived they did not have available a roll away bed. I have stayed at their sister hotel which is right next door to them but decided to stay there because for the same price I was offered 2 queen size beds. NO way they were Queen beds...more like FULL size beds...pool was awful...very badly in need of update...walls and ceilings looked like they were falling apart...carpet in rooms were nasty... More

Price was okay for the area but you can find much better hotels. We checked in to room 120 in April for 3 nights. front desk staff were nice, room was clean and comfortable. everything was great, until it started raining and somehow a rooster (no kidding) got woke up and started crowing around 7 am outside in the rain. can't fault the hotel or room for that, but if I would have had a bb gun . . . More

We recently stayed 2 nights and the accomodations were adequate. It is located quite aways from main Key West attractions...but shuttle runs to and from about every 15-20 minutes.
