If you are looking for the Waldorf Astoria experience, this is not it. Grounds are impressive but room is a motel 6 or worse. Service is below par. Quality of construction, attention to details and overall "Waldorf" experience is NOT there.

Everything was great except for the mattress. My side of the bed had a noticeable depression which made for restless nights. My wife's side was fine. I should have asked for a room change but did not. Staff was great, facilities very nice and the beach was perfect.

This was my first time in Key west and I couldn't get over how amazing the front desk was. The entire staff was helpful and provided great suggestions. This front desk staff made my stay much more enjoyable.

This is not a typical Waldorf Astoria property. Though the location is good, there are only a handful of rooms with an ocean front room so make sure you clarify your view before booking. Our stay was very good. The staff was overall freindly and helpful. I expected a little more but I understand the area is limited to a certain degree on what they can offer. Great guys will meet you out doors. They were the stars of our visit.
