Very nice accommodations. Very friendly staff. Very convenient location to walk down Duval Street or catch the trolley. Close to the beach and Southernmost Point in the USA. Next door to Butterfly Museum. Very good breakfast and afternoon wine. Even met other guests there from my hometown in north Florida that live near my brother in central Florida

Perfect location to experience Key West. Rooms were small but very clean and adequately stocked with everything you may need. The complimentary breakfast each morning was excellent with a variety of items from pastries to fruit. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The pool was actually a giant hot tub and a bit too warm to be refreshing. They... More

What a friendly and historic atmosphere! Stately Victorian elegance and great value. We found our room to be clean, the desk staff to be outstanding, esp. Beth and Bobbi. The breakfasts are absolutely amazing, good, fresh fare and wonderful coffee, with great little tables scattered around the great porch and the walkways. Good ocean views ( 1/2 block away) from... Showed up here (after noticing it on our first trip to Key West a few years before) on a Monday night as a walk-in. We were warmly welcomed by Bobbie who quickly accommodated us with a great rate and a great room. The grounds are beautifully planted with a row of hammocks so you can enjoy them to their full... First time visit to the Southernmost Point Guest House, but it won't be the last! I had walked by the property on a previous visit, and I was as enchanted by my visit, as I was by the walk-by! The grounds are romantic and well-groomed. The hammocks were so clean, with all the visiting birds, I could not believe there... More

The team at this property consistently met and exceeded even the highest of expectations. From their incredibly warm welcome to the full breakfast each morning to the instant response for any assistance, they embraced the guest. My wife and I have traveled the world and we are in complete agreement that this property under the incredible leadership of the Santiago... More

We stayed 1 night in the main house and then moved to the carriage house for 5 nights. I prefer the main house with the wonderful porch and the charm of the 200 year old beauty. My husband didn't mind the carriage house which added more privacy but was definitely lacking the history. Either way it is a wonderful place... More

What can I say, It was a cold and rainy weekend. When my husband and I got to this bed and breakfast we were so pleasantly surprised how charmingly perfect it was!!! Bobbie at the front desk could not have been more friendly and delightful. The house had so much character. We had a great room above the carriage house.... More

We stay here at least once a year and they are always welcoming to us from the minute we walk into the office. Mona, Bobbi and Beth are very helpful, accommodating and friendly. This is a bed and breakfast with a historical background to the home and they have done a nice job maintaining it's integrity. We enjoy lounging in... More
