I had to stay at the Coral Tree for a night due to a booking error at another resort. I was not put off since I have seen the property and wondered about it. I paid $190 for room 26. On the second floor and a king. Perks - it had a 30+foot balcany over looking Fleming Street. Very nice... More

We had a great time in Key West! Rebecca Black from Key West Express booked our Coral Tree hotel. It was a perfect location! We could walk to it from the boat and a super easy walk to Duval and all of the action! We used our legs as our taxis and it was just fine! We had the handicap... More

A few years ago, I made my first trip to Key West. Never having been there, I called a friend who has lived there for many years & he recommended the Oasis\Coral Tree. I called & made a reservation & never, ever regretted it. I had a room in the rear of the first floor of the Coral Tree which... More

I really like this place a lot. I've been here a few times over the years and always have a pleasant stay. The service is excellent and it's right where things are going on in Key West. This hotel is very affordable, so you can spend your hard earned cash on other things in Key West that are fun. Getting... More

The Coral Tree/Oasis complex is located 3 blocks from Duval St, a very convenient location. The rooms were fairly spacious with a big balcony. Pretty standard decor, nothing striking. Not the best value and quite expensive for what it is. Most notably, one should know that these guesthouses are full of older guys, i.e. most people are over 65. The... More

This is more of an inn or guesthouse than a full fledged hotel. That's fine, but 170USD w/o a restaurant or 24 room service is a bit too much. On the other hand the place is very nice with all the pools and lush landscaping, even if it could do with and update. Overall it was a good weekend away... More

We stayed here a few years ago and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the place is getting run down, not being properly maintained. It needs a painting and the landscaping is a mess. The room was clean. Not sure about this but we both ended up with a terrible respiratory problem and still recouperating, possibly from mold in the room AC.... More

It was my third time staying there. It is very relaxing, beautiful, clean, well-kept and always an "Oasis" compared to any other all male resort in Florida. Although clothing optonal I have never been trolled on or made to feel uncomfortable. It is just a few blocks to Duval Street and located in a very peaceful neighborhood.

My partner and I have visited Key West many times. We have familiarity with the various gay places. Our feeling is that any of the possibilities are likely to be good--and one could happen to be at any at a suboptimal time also. But the Oasis complex is the best bet, at least for us--the one that despite its weaknesses... More

Stayed here in early January 2009 and had a wonderful time! Good mix of people, everyone very nice. Very social given the free breakfast, frozen drinks at 3, and happy hour from 6-730. My boyfriend and I met a lot of really nice people that we'd go out to dinner with or to the bars at night. Had a wonderfully... More
