The website states that this motel is "affordable accommodation for travelers on a budget". This statement is very true. It is simple and clean. Coffee is served in the morning. It needs a little updating, but overall nice stay. It's also very nice to have free parking during busy season. We would consider staying there again.

Stayed here for Superboat weekend. Only 30 minute casual walk to pits and just one block off Duval. Clean, basic rooms perfect for economy stay. Bring your own shampoo and soap, but otherwise more than adequate for Key West landing spot.

I went here with a couple of buddies after reviewing online. $145 for two queen beds, not bad price considering every place on the Duval strip wanted $160 or more because of the fantasy fest. Looks dingy on the outside, but rest assured, the interior was excellent.
