My wife and I recently spent 3 nights at the Cheeca Lodge. I was a bit nervous before we arrived because I had read some bad reviews. But as soon as I arrived and checked it all was good again. We were greeted with warm smiles and numerous greetings, we felt that we were welcome. As you drive up the... More

The hotel is nice and customer service was great. Our room was very large - we had the golf course view suite. Our view was more of a dirt road than the very small golf course though. It would have been great for a family or large group sharing two rooms because there was a connecting door. The down side... More

We booked the Cheeca lodge for one night. Checkin was great. We were offered champagne and didn't have to stand on a line. All the amenities were explained, but we weren't going to be there long enough to take advantage of any of them. Our room was lovely, but some of the furniture was a bit worn. For the prices... More

We appreciate your input, and were delighted to hear you had a great experience at check-in and that you found your accommodations to be lovely. We are currently renovating a large inventory of our rooms, which includes refinishing and replacing much of the furniture, fixtures and flooring. We hear your comments, and are indeed replacing the damaged items. We feel... More

Stayed in a lagoon view room and loved the Tommy Bahama design. The bathroom had a soaking tub and fantastic shower however both were in serious need of repair or better yet replacement. Both were cracks, stains and shower door was broken. For the price, these maintenance issues are unacceptable. Otherwise, I'd give the place 5 stars. We loved the... More

Thank you so much for your five-star review! We are so happy to hear that you loved your accommodations, the adults-only pool, the restaurants and the par three executive golf course. You are correct about our beach – it is typical of any beach found in the Florida Keys . The only living coral reef in the continental U.S. is... More

We were told, "everyone in South Florida loves Cheeca" and now we know why! Amazing lush tropical getaway that is miles apart from the rest of Florida and so much closer (and better) than Key West. Make sure to go to Pierre's to watch the sunset, and then walk across the street and eat at Chef Michaels. You will thank... More

Allow me to start with the fact that whomever set up this resorts online advertising did a phenominal job. Basically, false advertising. If you have a family you have one pool, and a SMALL filthy beach. They do have an adult pool, so if you do not have kids, that is another option. People would walk into the pool area... More

We regret that you did not enjoy your stay at Cheeca Lodge & Spa. We do indeed have a family-friendly oceanfront pool, an adults-only Spa pool and a beachfront salt water snorkeling lagoon. Our 1,100-foot palm-lined beach is raked and cleaned daily by our dedicated and hard-working grounds crew. The beaches here are not the same as those found at... More

I visited Cheeca for a long weekend with my girlfriends. We stayed in one of the newer (renovated) rooms and it was well appointed. The tub on the balcony is a nice touch which I likely would have used during a romantic getaway, not the girls weekend. The resort has a lot to offer and though you pay a resort... More

We stayed in a beach front deluxe bungalow at a rate (after the resort fee, taxes etc) of a little over 600. The view was great, but they have really let the unit get tired, they have three lights in the bathroom one had just an exposed bulb, torn screens in the front porch, screen door would not close tight.... First time writing a review but felt the need to vent! My family and I booked a trip quite awhile ago to stay at this hotel in a few weeks. This was to be our first trip, traveling with our infant and my husband and I were a bit uptight for obvious reasons. We normally stay at 4 or 5... More

We do have cribs available at all times for guests with infants and it is very unfortunate that this fact was not communicated to you – we sincerely apologize.
