We found, like a previous review said - that these condo's are privately owned. Holiday Villas are a booking agent - that said, we found this vacation condo and rented direct from the owner. It looks a bit outdated, but it's a great place to stay. With a washer, dryer, dishwasher and a fridge, and all the space ,it's the best place we ever atayed at in Kissimmee.
