I love my stay at the Best Western.Nice room,and great service.My 14 year old also enjoyed it.We were there to visit my 20 year old son.I will come back,and stay there.The breakfast was good,the pool,the pond.

What an awful stay! The room was not at all clean, there was dust everywhere, the bathtub had visible residue, the bed smelled funny and had an absolutely disgusting looking mattress pad on it, and the room alternately reeked of bleach and stale smoke. My stay with best western in Lake City, Fl was the worst. Customers slammed doors throughout the night. The rooms were dirty and had an unpleasant smell. The bed linen smelled of dust and smoked. This was the worst experience ever!

I will never stay here again. The rooms are dirty( carpet, microwave, bathroom). The towels looked and felt like they were a few years old. I kept on shoes or socks, the carpet felt nasty. I have stayed at many Best Westerns and never had a problem until recently.

Staff is excellent but hotel is old and needs lots of updating. Towels are thin. TV works. Hot water for showers is ok. Towels are scarce and few. Breakfast is minimal. Juice machine did not work and no option was provided. Only fruit was oranges. Suggest alternative is considered.
