The hotel is clean, and the room does not have the mustiness that many cheapo hotels have. Breakfast was very good. Wifi works well. Pool is fine but is full of kids. The lobby has a chlorine smell, from the pool which is adjacent. The room was large and clean. No complaints.

Stayed one night at the Cabot Lodge in Lake City, Florida, what a great little motel. Happy hour with free beer or wine in the evening, and a great breakfast in the morning. Wonderful staff. Strong internet connection included. Nice little pool. The rooms are a but dated but clean, neat and with comfy beds.

I have stayed here several times over the past 30 or so years. First as a Holiday Inn, then Comfort Inn, and now as a Cabot Lodge. It is now better than ever! Staff has always been great and hospitalty is the best.
