Made my reservation only to find out I was placed in a smoking room, when I asked to be moved to a non-smoking room I was told I would have to pay an additional price of 150.00 per night because non smoking rooms are more costly or go somewhere else. Stayed here 2 nights b/c it's close to the Fountains. Have not seen an old-style tube TV in a hotel in a while. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but the mini-fridge did not work. Definitely the nicest Hampton Inn I've ever stayed in but the price reflects that. Clean, comfortable room with nice bedding. Not many amenities in the bathroom (I.e. shower cap) but a note said that more items would be provided upon request.. Nice big dining room for breakfast but food was average at best. The hotel is clean, new and close to Turnpike. Free wi-fi is pretty good. Breakfas is ok (Hampton Inn standats). Our stay could be better if the front desk were just a little friendly. We had a lot of lugage that night, my wife was pregnant and they did nof offer any help, even a wagon! More

This property is another example of consistent value that I receive at Hampton/Hilton properties. Front desk staff proactve with dining suggestions. Breakfast selections and quality did not match up on both days of my stay. More
