“Best hotel in Miami”

Everything about intercontinental Miami is just AMAZING. the recently renovated rooms, the environment, the club lounge, spa, the restaurants, the location.. but the STAFF completely makes the difference between the intercontinental and any other hotel. COMPLETELY worth it. Feels like a second home and I'll go back every chance I have.

“My Stay at the Hotel”

My stay at the Hotel was Excellent, the Service and Facility was very nice, clean and the personnel were excellent. The Concierge Mauricio Botero was excellent and I appreciated all that he did to make our stay there one that I would recommend to all my friends and family.
