The service was horrible, the rooms were nasty, I had a cockroache in the room. It took an hour for valet to get my car, I was over charged for parking. Best location in Miami Beach: Close to the restaurants, bars, beach and shopping. Yet very quiet rooms. Complimentary breakfast is basic, but offers a good start for the day! Free wifi works very well. Also available the possibility to use swimming pool of another hotel from the same owners (did not try). More

Stayed one night with family (4 persons). Very helpful staff. I had problem with reservation, but front desk staff sorted it out. Towels to be lend for the beach at no cost. The location is just great, right in the heart of South Beach Art Deco area. More
