We came to this hotel for Gay Pride weekend, and although we ran into some issues, Janina was OVERLY helpful!!!! She made sure that we were credited the proper amount to compensate us for our troubles with valet, other front staff etc. She was AMAZING!!!!

Rooms ok, needs some TLC. If you want a quiet retreat, this isn't it. Being your ear plugs. It's situated right in the middle of all of the might clubs. Continental breakfast not very special. But the beds and bedding are outstanding.

Wonderful staff, room, location, clean. Lives it!! Felt like family. Staff were genuinely happy to make your stay pleasant. They offer a no e breakfast and free bike rentals. My son and I felt very safe and welcomed.
