Beautiful hotel in Naples Florida with great views of City and Beach (We stayed on the 15th floor with beautiful balcony and very comfortable bed) Excellent staff who attend your every need with a smile. Pool area is so pretty and the bar makes a delicious "pineapple coconut Mojito" Great restaurant on premise and many attractions very near by. Enjoyed!!!

Thought we were staying in a "Luxury" hotel, well we were seriously disappointed. The room was old, needed updating, and was very dark. There was no light in the shower, the kitchenette was pieced together, no waste basket, no utensil, glasses. This was the room that we upgraded too. Should have stayed at the Ritz.

Came here for annual company event - given the reviews here I really expected to see a run-down hotel. It isn't - the beds are very comfortable and furniture / decor feel new and modern and fresh. Great hotel, perfect location. Beach is a short walk or you can catch the "hotel golf cart". Very clean and safe beach. Just right for families. Lots of nearby restaurants, shops and attractions. Love this part of Florida.
