This hotel is a great hotel, the lobby is large and spacious, the rooms clean and comfortable with no frills. They levied an $18 service charge per day on me (for complimentary wifi and two bottles of water), though I'm not totally sure if this is because I booked through a third party or not, so watch out for that.... This is not my first visit to Orlando on business, however, this was my first time staying at your hotel. It was extremely comfortable, the staff were excellent and the accomodations were amazing. I was especially excited about the mall. Also, the gift shop cashier was extremely friendly and kind.

I just stay overnight, but the facilities are very well located and is very helpful to have a mall adjacent to the hotel. The bellmen are very kind and helpful and the check in is very fast and easy. A very good experience.

Very comfortable Hotel, and the people working there are exceptional. The restaurant food was healthy and economical. The Starbucks in the lobby was also convenient. The pool outside was gorgeous. An awesome Business Center! Workout area very convenient as well! Very comfortable conference rooms. Unique and pretty architectural surroundings.

I love this place. We have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. This hotel has fabulous rooms for a great price and is very close to all the local attractions. The rooms are always very clean. The customer service is fantastic.
