This was our second stay at Wilderness, and we would definitely go back. We had a view of the pool and spent lots of time relaxing on the balcony. The boat to MK is fun, beats parking at the TTC! The grounds are gorgeous, and the boats are fun to rent. The lake isn't as busy as Seven Seas lagoon.... More

Stayed at the Wilderness Lodge in May. Room was extremely dark, but fine. I typically rank properties based on cleanliness and the responsiveness of staff. Cleanliness? Fine. Responsiveness of staff - lackluster at best. Nice, but poor execution. I called to request early morning delivery of the WSJ to my room because I was traveling with kids and didn't want... More

We stayed a week at this hotel and would definitely stay again! We had our family of six in a deluxe room on the 6th floor with access to the concierge lounge on the 7th. We had an excellent view of the pool, lake, Electrical Water parade, etc. We could have used a bigger room if we had wanted to just... More

This is our second time at the Wilderness Lodge in Disneyworld and it was another fantastic vacation. The proximity of the resort to the Magic Kingdom is great and the short shuttle boat ride is fun. Everything is so well run on a Disney property as they know how to look after their customers. The staff was quite friendly and... More

The Wilderness Lodge was gorgeous, from the lobby to the pool area. Even the sand at the beach was prestine. No detail was overlooked. They even strategically placed sea shells on the beach shore (considering it's a beach to a lake, it was a neat touch). The staff is accomodating, patient and friendly. We purchased the package with ground transporation,... More

I attended the Wilderness Lodge last November with my family for the Christmas season and was not disappointed. It was our second stay at the Hotel. We got a room with 2 beds and a balcony that looked towards the Magic Kingdom. At night, the fireworks could be seen by sitting on the balcony. If you listened carefully, you could... More

We had a wonderful time at the Wilderness Lodge. The staff was friendly, the accommodations were great, and the convenience to Disney made our stay beyond our expectations. The pool and dining at the resort was fantastic and we especially liked the very short boat ride to the Magic Kingdom. Our daughter is 2 and she enjoyed the lodge as... More

Wilderness Lodge is gorgeous...the wood beams and views over the lake are wonderful. We requested a 6th floor MK view -- for a view of the fireworks -- yes, there is one --other reviewers and the front desk acknowledge this -- there is not an official MK view room though as at other resorts. BUT, WL is under construction and... More

I never thought I would never utter the words "Disney's loosing their touch" but I fear that I must after this last trip. I am in my mid 30's and am a Police Officer. My wife is the same age as me and is a Nurse. We have a 2 and a half year old boy and this was his... More

We stayed at the Wilderness Lodge Resort the first week of May 2012 (6 nights/7 days) - we made our reservations in February and were able to get a fabulous room on the fourth floor!! We had a bunk bed room (perfect for our 2 kids) with a view of the lake and the courtyard. We were close to the... More
