Day time staff not friendly. Said room would be available in hour and waited 4 and half hours to check in Hotel dated. Torn carpet. Hall way smells musty. Breakfast poor quality. Noisy hotel is doing renovations.

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is under renovation so there were things that we had to overlook, such as the shaky toilet, the outlet that didn't work, the broken tile in the bathroom. Room was comfortable and service in every department was quite good. Only reasons hotel is not getting an "excellent" score are that guest laundry was unavailable due to renovations (hotel paid for cab fare to use laundry at neighboring hotel, but it was still a bit of a pain) and the upholstery in the living room was a little worn.... This is a good place to stay if you are looking to be just outside the Disney theme parks. Great place to stay. Avoid the high price of the Disney hotels, but still on the Disney Transportation bus line. Breakfast opens at 630am which is very convenient to get the perks early. Customer service was fantastic, and available at all hours. Within walking distance to downtown Disney is well.

it was okay, but for the money it should have been great. For the money it was not what I had expected. Surface attempts at upgrade but you could tell that underneath it was an old hotel trying to feel upgraded. Dirty hall carpet, food was so-so at the restaurant for breakfast and there was no shuttle to the airport.

Most friendliest staff and best hotel experience I have encountered in 26 years of traveling to DisneyWorld. So impressed w/my experience that I am considering another stay at this hotel this November.
