I stayed there for a business trip in April and it was clearly one of the best hotels I have states at in a while. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in downtown Orlando.

Hotel and staff were very nice. Hotel offers a "happy hour" with free drinks and munchies. Breakfast buffet also included at no extra charge. My room was noisy due to setup of a 5K run that day, no fault of the hotel. Staff was very accomodating

Overall a very good experience. Great location, helpful staff but the one negative remark is the business center. Printer was not working (sign directs guests to the front desk). No stapler, paper clips, etc. Had to make 2 trips to the front desk for assistance. Front Desk MGR was very helpful

Average hotel experince. Noticable wear in the room. Breakfast was ok...had to look for "cleaner" plates and silverware. If wanting to stay in the Embassy Suites in the Orlando area again I would try one of the other ones next. This one was on the pricy side for the quality.
