This was our second stay in this hotel just me and my 2 children. The room was perfect and the staff really nice. The pool and the pool area are very clean. Great stay again. Hope to be back next year.

We encountered two problems. The staff quickly resolved a security issue by moving us to another room. The shortage of luggage carts was not resolved. It was not the staff's fault. They did the best they could and were very helpful.

Stayed here for 4 nights after a cruise to get a taste of Orlando. Was really impressed - we arrived way too early for check - in and they arranged an early check-in for us. Affordable, clean- perfect for a family vacation!!! Definitely coming back! CVS and restaurants within walking distance as well. A gem! Ice cream social at the pool, Starbucks on site :) Nice to have a quiet pool and another where more of the action is. Very clean rooms.

Good location, clean, very child friendly (3 pools plus shallow kids pools, activities such as treasure hunt and painting etc, good playground for under 8's). We stayed in one bed suite (re-furbished)which had a sofa bed for the 2 children and a full kitchen /washer-dryer. Very spacious by European standards. Very pleasant and helpful staff. This was an excellent resort. 2 bedroom suite had plenty of room/privacy. Good central location. Accommodation was very comfortable and clean, as was the overall resort. All the amenities that you required and close to everything (Parks, Malls, Supermarkets - A WalMart and Publix within 1-2 miles; International Drive, etc.). We wanted to stay near SeaWorld and this came up as a best bet. The rooms were immaculate, very large and priced very affordable. They were also walking distance to SeaWorld. The 2 pools were very well maintained and very comfortable to sit by with no loud music. Food and drink were also above average, overall a great experiance.
