This hotel is right across from one of the Universal studios entrances and is a typical La Quinta Hotel.The rooms were bright and clean, the beds were comfortable but small and the kids loved making their own waffles for breakfast.In common with the other LA Quinta hotels the breakfast is self service with cereal yoghurt toast bagels hardboiled eggs waffles... Location was great. Just a few minutes from Universal. The room was fine for the price.Breakfast was fine.Typical La Quinta breakfast. Although, we did not get to use the pool, it was well maintained.

The location is excellent. It's next to several restaurants, a Walgreens or CVS, I can't recall which. And being right on Major makes going to and from Universal practically hassle free. The building itself was muggy for some reason. The sheets, bed, television, little fridge and bathroom were great, but the carpets weren't. And the hallways have a faint smell... More
