Lot of reviews here are about the older tower. We were fortunate enough to stay in one of the brand new room. Rooms are spacious and have all the amenities including a good view. Did not use the pool, rooftop, breakfast or bar, but all looked very promising. We will for sure try next time! More

I had such a great time at this hotel. the lake view is beautiful you see the whole wet and wild park. The new tower called the north tower turned out beautiful the rooms are so spacious and comfortable. They have a roof top bar, pool, and gym. the worst rooms I have ever seen. As soon as we walked into the room had stain in the carpet,chair,the door was rusted. Not to mention that there ws mold in the bathroom with more rust. I complained to the front desk and wasgiven a lame excuse that they were sold out but were still taking reservations over the phone... More

My family just got back from this hotel in Orlando and had such a great experience. I was travelling with my husband and three children. Breakfast included, yes, it's a continental but, very good. Included were: bagels, toast, pasteries, cereal, english muffins, waffles, all the condiments you can think of, coffee, tea and juice/milk. A good start to the day.... More

Would not recomend, under construction, the website at least shows a nice pool, but that was closed. Old, dirty, work going on, no pool open, no mention of the construction work when booking. look don't stay here keep looking there is better!!! Staff were useless. The noise from other guests and the construction work and the pipes (at least i think thats what it was) was ridiculous, it was a nightmare! More

Very misleading construction was going on,no where to park had to park vechicle in a plaza and walk to the hotel and for some reason the house keeper refused to leave wash cloth had to go to the front desk 3 times to ask for wash cloths.
